Assumption of responsibility for various work packages and independent processing

Determination of the necessary approval strategy and type of verification management

Ensuring the provision of the necessary evidence to fulfil the approval requirements within the specified development and delivery milestones as well as cooperation with various technical disciplines and other stakeholders

Direct collaboration with project management within Chief Engineering, the various stakeholders within the Research and Development department and Customer Support, the partner companies involved and military approval authorities

Leading the approval activities for various work packages including all related project management tasks

Creation of the approval basis and requirements baseline for the modifications you are responsible for

Creating verification programmes and coordinating them with the relevant specialist departments, the chief engineer and the responsible authorities

Coordination of the activities required for approval as part of the overall project planning

Checking and validating verification documents with regard to fulfilment of airworthiness regulations and specifications as well as completeness and mutual compatibility

Coordination of activities to obtain flight approvals for test vehicles

Provision of all relevant verification documents to the competent authorities

Contact person for the competent authorities in matters of authorisationRequirements

Successfully completed diploma or master's degree in engineering, aerospace or mechanical engineering

Several years of professional experience in the fields of engineering, project management and certification of aircraft and/or systems

Knowledge in the development of helicopters or helicopter systems is advantageous

Expertise in project management, especially transnational projects, is desirable

Experience with military customers is beneficial

Detailed user knowledge of MS Office

Proficient German and business fluent English required, knowledge of French or Spanish is desirable

Existing work permit for the EUServices
