Junior Specialist Human Resources (m/w/d) - 510-02

Um den Auf- und Ausbau eines Logistikzentrums erfolgreich mitzugestalten suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen 
Junior HR Specialist (m/w/d) 
am Standort Erfurt


  • Rekrutierung vorwiegend gewerblicher Mitarbeiter, Durchführung von Telefonscreenings, persönlichen Auswahlgesprächen und Angebotserstellung
  • Unterstützung bei der Konzeption, Auswahl und Durchführung von innovativen und zielgruppengerechten Rekrutierungsmaßnahmen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Führungskräfte beim Erstellen von Anforderungsprofiel, Stellenausschreibungen und der Identifikation geeigneter Kandidaten in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Recruiting Partnern
  • Unterstützung bei anfallenden administrativen Themen der Personalarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft (z.B. Erstellen von Arbeitszeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und sonstigen Personaldokumenten)
  • Pflege von Stamm- und Bewegungsdaten in den jeweiligen HR-Systemen und Unterstützung bei der vorbereitenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Statistiken, Übersichten und Auswertungen sowie bei der Umsetzung neuer HR-Projekten und -Prozessen

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Aus- oder Weiterbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in einem Industrieunternehmen mit vergleichbaren Aufgabenschwerpunkten und Erfahrungen im Bereich der Personaladministration bzw. Rekrutierung
  • Ausgeprägte Affinität im Umgang mit gängigen Office- und Personalsoftware
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
