We are currently in search of a Safety Specialist focused on Workplace Health & Safety for a permanent role.

Relocation assistance may be provided under specific conditions.


As a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the WHS management team to ensure adherence to occupational safety standards.


Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Performing risk evaluations
  • Creating operational guidelines and training resources
  • Offering advice on occupational safety to staff and management
  • Partnering with the works council and company health professionals
  • Enforcing legal and internal safety protocols
  • Coordinating with logistics teams and support services
  • Leading safety committee meetings and training safety representatives
  • Assisting in occupational health management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Certification as an occupational safety specialist
  • Hands-on experience in occupational safety
  • Proficient in both German and English
  • Skilled in MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications in areas such as waste management, fire safety, etc.
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations
  • Initial leadership experience
