Dein Impact:
Als Senior Immobilien, Private Equity, Kapitalmarkt (m/w/d) analysierst du Unternehmensstrukturen, Geschäftsmodelle, Prozesse und identifizierst Risikofelder unserer Kundschaft im Rahmen von Prüfungs- oder Beratungsaufträgen.
- Projektmanagement: Du unterstützt die Prüfungsleitung bei unseren Prüfungsmandaten von der Prüfungsplanung bis zum Projektabschluss und verantwortest dabei Teilbereiche.
- Future Audit: Du übernimmst die Prüfungsdurchführung – insbesondere bei Asset Managern sowie Immobilien-, Private Equity oder Erneuerbare Energien-Gesellschaften - im Rahmen unseres risikoorientierten Prüfungsansatzes mit innovativen und digitalen Audit Tools.
- Funktionsübergreifende Kommunikation: Du agierst als Kontaktperson für die verantwortlichen Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen, das Prüfungsteam vor Ort und unsere Kunden.
- Lösungsorientierte Beratung: Du erzielst mit deiner Fachexpertise und Erfahrung für unsere Kunden im Rahmen der prüfungsnahen Beratung einen nachhaltigen Mehrwert.
- Durchführung von Sonderprojekten: Du koordinierst Sonderprüfungen z.B. zu aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen oder Bewertungen von Immobiliengesellschaften.
Dein Skillset:
- Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, juristischen oder finanzmathematischen Studiums mit mindestens einem der folgenden Vertiefungsfächer: Revision / Wirtschaftsprüfung, Accounting, Controlling, Finance oder Steuern
- Berufserfahrung im Prüfungsumfeld, Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegung sowie Interesse an Immobilieninvestments, Finanzprodukten und Asset Management
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Leadership-Potential sowie die Fähigkeit, flexibel auf neue Herausforderungen zu reagieren
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein , Kundenorientierung und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Level
