Private Equity Associate

We are currently working with a Private Equity fund based in Frankfurt to help secure an Associate to their investment team. You will be joining a global platform with strong track record investing in Private Equity. The team invests in a wide variety of complex deals, small/mid cap private equity is a deep market with a growing need for institutional capital with operational expertise and where strong governance, manager alignment and reduced conflicts exist.

Key responsibilities:


  • You’ll play an integral role in the origination, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities
  • Assist in all aspects of the transaction process, including financial modelling and conducting due diligence
  • Work with seniors to prepare material for the investment committee approval process


Ideal Background:

2-4 years work experience within investment banking, M&A advisory, consulting or a related financial services role.

You hold a relevant degree in finance/business/economics

Strong valuations and modelling experience from previous experience

Excellent verbal and written communication in German is a must
