Beschreibung der Position:

• Product Specialist im Außendienst (m/w/d) im Raum Brandenburg, Leipzig, Halberstadt, Magdeburg
• Gemeinsame Verantwortung für den Verkauf unseres innovativen kardiologischen Produktes mit Deinem Gebietsteam in Kliniken auf allen Ebenen – vom Assistenzarzt bis zum Chefarzt
• Aufbau von vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit auf und Vertiefung bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
• Eigenständige Konzeption von Accountplänen und zielführenden Veranstaltungskonzepten mit crossfunktionalen Kolleg:innen
• Marktanalysen an Hand von Marktdaten und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
• Durchführung von Gruppenpräsentationen in der Klinik
• Bei Bedarf Übernahme von Standdienst und Kundenbetreuung auf nationalen Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und Kongressen

Qualifikation für die Position:

• Du arbeitest als Pharmaberater:in gemäß § 75 AMG und hast ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium abgeschlossen oder bist Geprüfte:r Pharmareferent:in
• Du hast entweder bereits Erfahrung in der Kardiologie oder in anderen Primary Care Bereichen oder im Klinikvertrieb gesammelt
• Du kannst sowohl wissenschaftlich als auch verkäuferisch überzeugend argumentieren
• Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse, so dass Trainings und wissenschaftliche Publikationen in englischer Sprache für Dich selbstverständlich sind
• Du wendest moderne Kommunikationstechnologien und gängige PC-Programme (v.a. MS Office) sicher an
• Praktische Erfahrung mit Verkaufstechniken, Gebiets- und Kundenanalysen sowie Account- und idealerweise Projektmanagement sollte vorhanden sein

Du setzt Dich mit Leidenschaft für unsere Produkte ein, denn als Sales Specialist bist Du das erste Gesicht bei unseren Kunden. Dabei suchst Du immer wieder nach neuen Ansätzen und Lösungen für Deinen Erfolg. Auch Misserfolge sind ok, denn sie bedeuten für Dich nur Ansporn, es beim nächsten Mal anders und besser zu machen. Du zeigst Verantwortung, indem Du Deinen Fokus richtig setzt und Deine Ziele engagiert und nachhaltig verfolgst. Du besitzt eine Hands-on-Mentalität und bereicherst Dein Team durch neue, innovative Ansätze. Für Deine Kolleg:innen bist Du je nach Deinen persönlichen Stärken Ansprechpartner:in bei Fachthemen, Unterstützer:in, Organisator:in von Best Practice Sharing oder übernimmst auch mal einen Workshop. Mit professionellem Feedbackverhalten – sowohl beim Geben als auch beim Empfangen – bringst Du Dich und Deine Kolleg:innen voran.

Die Position eignet sich gut für Dich, wenn Du schon einschlägige Erfahrung mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg im Pharmavertrieb gesammelt hast und jetzt den nächsten Schritt machen möchtest. Oder Du kennst Dich bereits im Vertriebskanal Klinik gut aus und möchtest bei einem Top-Player im NOAK-Markt noch viel bewegen. Du wirst eng mit Deiner/m Vorgesetzten/in und Deinen Teamkolleg:innen zusammenarbeiten, daher solltest Du auf jeden Fall gerne und offen kommunizieren und im richtigen Moment den richtigen Ton treffen.
