Deine Mission

  • Du übernimmst die technische und fachliche Verantwortung für komplexe Kundenprojekte und pflegst enge Kundenbeziehungen zu den Stakeholdern
  • Du designst und entwickelst Individuallösungen mit deinem Team und berätst unsere Kunden zu aktuellen Trends und technischen Fragestellungen rund um die Softwareentwicklung
  • In interkulturellen und interdisziplinaren Teams setzt du User Stories um und arbeitest eng mit gemischten Entwicklerteam zusammen 
  • Du bist ein Generalist und hast einen Gesamtblick über verschiedene Technologien, gern mit einem Schwerpunkt im Cloud-Umfeld
  • Du wirkst bei der der Entwicklung von Best Practices für die Softwareentwicklung mit, einschließlich Code-Reviews, automatisierter Tests und Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
  • Dein umfangreiches Know-how gibst du an deine Kolleg:innen weiter und bist wichtiger Ansprechpartner in deinem Team

 

Dein Skillset

  • Du bist ein Netzwerker und nutzt deine Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch, um dich bei unseren Kunden einzubringen und Projekte auszubauen
  • Du bist enthusiastisch und offen für neuen Themen
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von hochverfügbaren und skalierbaren Software-Anwendungen und hast in Softwareprojekten bereits die fachliche Führung übernommen 
  • Du besitzt Expertise in marktrelevanten Cloud Ecosystemen sowie einen guten Überblick über aktuelle IT-Trends
  • Du hast weitreichende Erfahrung basierend auf Java und cloud native und kennst dich mit DevOps und agilen Methoden aus
