Gruppenzusammenfassung

Als Engineering- und Fertigungspartner hilft die Gesamtfahrzeug-Gruppe von Magna traditionellen OEM-Anbietern sowie neuen Marktteilnehmern dabei, ihre Vision für Automobile in die Praxis umzusetzen. Wir suchen dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Gruppenleiter_in im Bereich Chassis Electronics Driving Control & Assistance in Festanstellung.

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Leitung und Entwicklung der Fachgruppe "Chassis Electronics Driving Control & Assistance" 
  • Ausrichtung der Gruppe nach Abteilungszielen, wöchentliche Berichterstattung an Kunden und Vorgesetzte
  • Sicherstellung der Leistungsfähigkeit, Aktualität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Gruppe
  • Leitung der Kommunikation und Eskalation innerhalb der Gruppe
  • Personalplanung, -entwicklung und Entsendung von Mitarbeitern in Projekte
  • Unterstützung bei Projektakquise, Angebotserstellung und Übernahme von Verantwortlichkeiten im Projektbereich

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik / Regelungstechnik / Mechatronik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Entwicklung ADAS Systeme / Fahrwerksysteme
  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung
  • Kenntnis der Prozesse im Automotiv Bereich
