What we offer:

• Responsibility for ESG/CSR/EU taxonomy for the Group companies, internal audit and auditors in the context of internal and external (financial statement) audits
• Implementation and support of systems for data procurement and control 
• Coordination of Group-wide ESG reporting processes, support with ESG communication and further development
• Monitoring and evaluating regulatory developments in the area of sustainability and developing suggestions for improvement

What we are looking for:

• A degree in economics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification and several years of professional experience
• Expertise in ESG standards/reporting requirements according to GRI, CSRD, ESRS etc. and interest in sustainability management, additional qualification in the field of CSR (e.g. as CSR manager) an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and business fluent in English and German
• High analytical and conceptual skills, very good self-organisation as well as an independent and results-oriented way of working
