Regulatory Compliance Manager

Für unseren renommierten Kunden aus dem Bankensektor suchen wir ab sofort einen Regulatory Compliance Manager (m/w/d) am Standort in Berlin.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regulierungsteam, um Regulierungen in operative Prozesse und Verfahren zu integrieren
- Entwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur der Bank zur Unterstützung regulatorischer Anforderungen
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien, Verfahren und Kontrollen für neue Produkte und Geschäftsaktivitäten, die behördliche Genehmigungen erfordern
- Vorbereitung und Einreichung von Zulassungsanträgen sowie Koordinierung von Regierungsinteraktionen und Compliance-Aktivitäten, inklusive der Interaktion mit Aufsichtsbehörden
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Abschluss in Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen, oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbranche oder im Bereich Compliance, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Rolle
- Organisatorische Fähigkeiten und sorgfältige Aufmerksamkeit für Details
- Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten und mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu übernehmen
