Für unseren Bereich IT & Digitalization suchen wir ab sofort einen Head of Information Technology & Digitalization (m/w/x) für unsere Business Einheit Carl Zeiss Jena GmbH /Shared Production Unit (SPU). Ein Schwerpunkt unserer Tochter ist die Produktion; Montage und Mechanik von Optiken.

Ihre Rolle

  • Führungen eines Teams von Experten für den Ausbau und Betrieb der IT- und Digitalisierungsinfrastruktur
  • Beratung der Geschäftsleitung sowie der Führungskräfte zu allen Fragenstellungen im Bereich IT, Digitalisierung, IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Fortschreibung der IT-Unternehmensstrategie und -ziele in enger Anlehnung an die zentralen ZEISS-Vorgaben
  • Identifizierung von Chancen- und Risiken von IT-Trends und -Entwicklungen inkl. Auswahl, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Innovationsthemen zur stetigen digitalen Transformation
  • Sicherstellen einer modernen, sicheren und kosteneffizienten IT-Systemlandschaft
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und Konzernfunktionen für eine effektive Planung und Realisierung des Programm- und Projektportfolios
  • Aufbau und Betrieb einer IT-Security-Organisation in enger Abstimmung mit Corporate IT und Corporate Security
  • Aufbau einer Data Security Organisation zur Umsetzung der Datenschutzvorgaben in Abstimmung mit den Corporate-Funktionen

Ihr Profil

  • beruflicher und/oder akademischer Hintergrund im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Führung von komplexen IT-Organisationen
  • Verständnis im produzierenden Gewerbe und von Produktionsabläufen sind von Vorteil
  • fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Strategieentwicklung, IT-Projektmanagement, IT-Sicherheit und IT-Service-Management
  • ausgeprägte Führungs- und Managementfähigkeiten sowie Kennzahlen- & Ergebnisorientierung
  • klare und gewinnbringende Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache sowie Kooperationsbereitschaft mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern auf verschiedenen Ebenen
  • hohe Bereitschaft Veränderungsprozesse zu begleiten und Impulse zu setzen
  • innovatives Denken und Handeln sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Engagement
