Unsere Aufgabe ist es, eine gestaltende, nachhaltige Klima- und Energiepolitik voranzutreiben. Dabei setzen wir auf die Dynamik von Wettbewerb und Innovation als Leitprinzipien bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von tragfähigen Strategien und klaren Konzepten zur Erreichung der Klimaneutralität und des 1,5°C-Ziels.

 

Wir suchen ein Political Communication Specialist Germany (w/m/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Berliner Team, der für uns eine umfassende Kommunikationsstrategie entwickelt, unsere Präsenz in den sozialen/ traditionellen Medien verstärkt und die Gestaltung und Kommunikation von Veröffentlichungen unterstützt.

 

Vorstellungsgespräche mit Bewerber*innen, die in die engere Wahl gekommen sind, werden fortlaufend stattfinden. Die Gespräche werden online über Microsoft Teams geführt.

Aufgaben

Eigenständige Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von unserer Kommunikationsstrategie in Berlin in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Brüsseler Büro mit Blick auf Zielgruppen aus Politik, Wirtschaft, Wissenschaft und GesellschaftDurchführung von Kommunikationskampagnen mit ImpactKommunikative, zielgruppen- und netzwerkorientierte Aufbereitung von Inhalten z.B. in Form von Pressemitteilungen, Artikeln und Meinungsbeiträgen, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Social-Media-StrategienKommunikative Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie Begleitung der Aktivitäten von EPICO KlimaInnovationAuf- und Ausbau sowie Pflege eines Netzwerks von relevanten Kommunikationsakteuren im vorpolitischen Raum und Diskurs (wie Journalist*innen, Pressesprecher*innen, Kommunikationsmitarbeiter*innen, Medienvertreter*innen, etc.) Anforderungen
Du hast ein Universitätsstudium mit einem Master erfolgreich abgeschlossen (idealerweise in Kommunikations- oder Medienwissenschaft, Journalisten Hochschule)Du bringst mindestens 1-3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung mit und kannst einen Track record vorweisenDu hast ein sehr gutes Verständnis von politischen und wirtschaftlichen Themen in den klima- und energiepolitischen Bereichen und bringst idealerweise gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Klima-, Umwelt-. Industrie- und/oder Energiepolitik mitDu hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, arbeitest eigenständig, selbstorganisiert und lösungsorientiert. Du hast Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von Projekten und kannst komplexe, neue Sachverhalte „auf den Punkt“ für unterschiedliche Zwecke und Zielgruppen adressatengerecht formulierenDu hast Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Konzeption, Organisation und Durchführung von ProjektenDu bist eine entgegenkommende und kommunikative Person, die ihre Aufgaben mit Überzeugungskraft und Aufgeschlossenheit wahrnimmt und sich mit der Mission und den Werten von EPICO identifizieren kannDeine Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Wort und SchriftBenefits
