Als Teil unseres Corporate Services Team hältst du die Fäden im Hintergrund zusammen und bist von Anfang an in die Gestaltung interner Prozesse eingebunden. Dabei legen wir Wert auf individuelles Coaching auf Augenhöhe, flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und Team Spirit.

Als Legal Counsel (m/w/d) im Bereich Vertragsrecht wirst du Teil unseres dynamischen und wachsenden Legal & Compliance Teams an unserem Standort in Hamburg oder Frankfurt. Im Team gestaltest und prüfst Du Verträge mit unseren Kunden sowie Subunternehmern und bist Ansprechperson wirtschafts- und vertragsrechtlichen Fragestellungen für unsere internen Kunden.


Deine Aufgaben
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Gestaltung, rechtliche Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit unseren Kunden sowie Subunternehmern
  • Du stehst unseren Fachbereichen und Führungskräften im allgemeinen und IT-Vertragsrecht bei allen Fragestellungen beratend zur Seite
  • Du optimierst unsere Prozesse durch die Gestaltung von Guidelines und Richtlinien
  • Du unterstützt bedarfsweise bei juristischen Fragestellungen mit Bezug zum Datenschutz und Compliance
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für technische und unternehmerische Zusammenhänge, wobei du als Schnittstelle zwischen den Fachbereichen agierst und lösungsorientiert arbeitest



Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares juristisches Studium im Wirtschaftsrecht mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht und konntest bereits praktische Erfahrungen in einer Rechtsabteilung oder Kanzlei sammeln
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen bist du sehr versiert
  • Du hast fließende Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist sorgfältig und von hoher Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit geprägt
  • Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
