Whether you’re looking to jump start your career or gain first hands-on experience in a new field, an internship at On offers you a unique growth experience, the chance to make an impact from day 1 and contribute to On’s growth journey. We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.
– Start date: Sept 1st
– Duration: 6 months
– Prerequisite: Interest in area relevant to the internship, passion for On, right to work in EU
– Note: This is a paid internship

Your mission
– Create an AI-based solution to map our actual cash flows into cash flow categories based on the the daily bank statements received from our banks, with the support of the wider Treasury team and our (internal and external) treasury tech providers
– Execute high-quality variance analysis, comparing the actual cash flow categories to our forecasts and plans, using our treasury management system as a basis
– Connect with other Finance and Business teams to create a holistic picture of our cash flow developments, enhancing your own analytical results
– Support the team in deriving actionable insights from your analysis and conclusions and providing recommendations on how to further optimise our cash management strategy
– Pave the road for future AI-based solutions within the wider department, sharing lessons and insights within the Finance community
Your story
– Passion to work in the interaction between developing tech solutions & deep-diving into cash flow developments
– Solid analytical skills, particularly on the finance domain (preferred)
– Curious to learn more about the role of AI in a Finance department
– Able to work at a fast pace, and with very different types of stakeholders
– High level of spoken and written English
– Good communication skills
