Growth Marketing Manager

Build marketing from scratch, create awareness about our brand and products. Define and implement our marketing strategy so that we help SMEs to grow their ventures.Your role and contribution
As a Growth Hacker, you will take on a wide range of tasks in all marketing-relevant subject areas:
Strategy: You develop communication and marketing strategies to increase the awareness and reach of our brand
Content Creation: You create content about our brand and products for social media
Paid Ads: You are responsible for planning, tracking, optimization of paid ads
Analyze: You keep an eye on the success of channels and content, analyze the success of campaigns, optimize for better conversion and carry out regular monitoring
Community Building & Management: You are significantly involved in community building and customer loyalty measures
Trend scouting: You identify trends and innovative marketing approaches
Hands-on: You can confidently implement some of the marketing activities yourself and set-up processes.
Can't cover everything? No worries. You will be also managing freelancers and agencies, who will help you to set up the marketing team.
Your profile
Native level of German and fluency in English
Seasoned in B2B marketing, ideally within the financial sector
2+ years of relevant experience in marketing
Strong empathy for small business owners
Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Creative, resourceful, and always up for a challenge
Willing to travel occasionally to Berlin and/or Eschborn

About us
We are VR Smart Guide - we enable entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals to follow their real passion by taking the administrative and bureaucratic workload from them. From writing invoices to tax reports, with our digital solution, built by a multidisciplinary, heterogeneous team with a lot of passion and drive, we make a difference on how small businesses operate.
What problem do we want to solve?
For many entrepreneurs and self-employed people, accounting, bills and finances are a necessary evil.
It costs a lot of time and nerves, you need the necessary background knowledge and above all, it is not what you really want to focus on, growing your business.
The dilemma: As an entrepreneur, however, you have to write invoices in order to earn money. At the same time, most solutions are complex because they are designed for the needs of larger companies.
The innovation
We combine the topics of invoices and receipts, multi-banking and preparatory bookkeeping into a guided process for the customer. We summarize relevant information in the form of recommendations. Thus, the entrepreneur has a holistic view of their finances.
