We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Analyst in Internship capacity to join our team. The Research Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in conducting research and analysis through scientific methods to assess the viability and potential of our solutions in the corporate environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research while contributing to the development of innovative workplace technologies.

Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to industry insights, workplace policies, and protocols to inform the development of our solution functionalities.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify market trends in the HR technology sector.
Create and conduct surveys, questionnaires, and interviews to gather feedback from target audiences, including HR professionals and employees.
Compile and organize research findings into comprehensive reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights into product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field also looking for a mandatory full time internship as a part of your studies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and synthesize large amounts of data.
Prior experience in market research, data analysis, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with data analysis tools and software is a plus.
Proficient in English; German is an added advantage.
