Die Position

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrenen People and Culture Consultant (m/w/d), der/die sich ein dynamisches Team eines unserer Partnerunternehmen in Berlin anschließt, um deren Kunden bei der Erkennung und Entwicklung ihres Potenzials zu unterstützen und direkt zu beeinflussen.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit wirst du mit den organisatorischen Führungskräften der Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um die Personalstrategien mit den allgemeinen Geschäftszielen abzustimmen.

Wir suchen jemanden, der sein Fachwissen und seine Erkenntnisse in eine Vielzahl von Themen im Bereich Menschen und Kultur einbringt, um HR-Herausforderungen anzugehen und den organisatorischen Erfolg voranzutreiben.

Sei verantwortlich für:
  • Strategische Beratung und Unterstützung für Kunden zu einer breiten Palette von Transformations-, HR- und Organisationsentwicklungsthemen bereitstellen, einschließlich (aber nicht beschränkt auf) Talentmanagement, Führung, Unternehmenskultur und Kommunikation
  • Trainingsprogramme für Kunden im Bereich Learning & Development gestalten und durchführen
  • Vorbereitungen der Workshops (leiten und nachbereiten), um die Fähigkeiten innerhalb der Kundenorganisationen aufzubauen
  • Angebote des Partnerunternehmens kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
  • Die Entwicklung im HR-Bereich, dass alles auf dem Laufenden bleibt, einschließlich Änderungen in der Gesetzgebung, aufkommender Trends und bewährter Praktiken
Dein Profil
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung (3+ Jahre) in der Arbeit als HR-Berater oder in einer ähnlichen beratenden Rolle
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem starken Sinn für Teamarbeit
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig und effizient aufzusetzen und zu verwalten
  • In der Lage, Fristen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld einzuhalten
  • Effektive Kommunikation: klare und strukturierte Kommunikationsweise mit der Fähigkeit, sich an verschiedene Zielgruppen anzupassen
  • Gute Kenntnisse der MS Office Suite (Schwerpunkt auf PowerPoint & Word)
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Personalwesen oder Geisteswissenschaften und/oder (Wirtschafts-/Organisations-) Psychologie
