Im Rahmen einer Nachfolgeregelung sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem engagierten Director of Group Accounting (m/w/d) der Interesse daran besitzt, in einer zentralen Rolle die Verantwortung für das Group Accounting zu übernehmen und das Finance-Team sinnvoll zu ergänzen bzw. zu stärken.

Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der jährlichen IFRS-Konzernabschlüsse, einschließlich Anhang und Lagebericht
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Finance Teams im Rahmen der Abschlüsse und vollständige Übernahme und Steuerung der Intercompany-Abstimmungen
  • Analyse und Review der monatlichen/jährlichen Finanzabschlüsse sowie Erstellung eines monatlichen Reportings
  • Entwicklung und Leitung des Accounting Teams bestehend aus 4 Kolleg:innen
  • Implementierung der Konsolidierungssoftware zwecks Automatisierung des Konzernreportings
  • Ansprechpartner:in im Unternehmen zum Thema Rechnungslegungsstandards (Änderungen und Neuerungen) sowie Beratung der entscheidenden Stakeholder und Teams
  • Unterstützung des SSC-Accounting Teams bei der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung der bestehenden Accounting Prozesse
  • Enge Kooperation mit dem VP Finance vor Ort sowie externen Dienstleistern

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare kaufm. Qualifikation
  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion im Group Accounting, idealerweise in einer internationalen Umgebung
  • Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards sowie Erfahrung in der Erstellung und/oder Prüfung von IFRS-Konzernabschlüssen
  • Sehr gute MS Excel- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Umgang mit Konsolidierungssoftware wie Lucanet von Vorteil
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten sowie Teamorientierung
  • Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
