Professional Payroll Accountant (w/m/x) Unser Payroll-Stream ist in der Abteilung Financial Services & Operations angesiedelt. Bei uns haben Sie die Möglichkeit, Ihr umfangreiches Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrung im Bereich der Payroll einzubringen.    Was Sie erwartet
  • Sie sind gemeinsam mit den KollegInnen zuständig für den gesamten monatlichen Abrechnungsprozess inkl. der monatlichen Abschlussarbeiten.
  • Sie kooperieren eng mit anderen Teams in HR und Finance
  • Mitwirkung an der Neu-Gestaltung unserer Prozesse (E2E)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Stream (IT, Business, externe Consultants) und tragen ihren Teil zur Produktvision bei.
  • Sie unterstützen im Bereich Reporting und Kommunikation an unsere KundInnen und Stakeholder

Was Sie mitbringen
  • Positiv absolvierte Ausbildung zum Personalverrechner
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Payroll oder Payroll Consulting
  • Profundes Knowhow bezüglich österreichischer Payroll
  • Kenntnisse mit SAP HCM oder SAP SuccessFactors von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, genaue Arbeitsweise sowie kunden- und serviceorientierte Einstellung
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeitsweise mit Ticket-Systemen (Jira von Vorteil)
