Dein angesteuertes Ziel
  • Sicherstellung des hochverfügbaren Betriebs des AIDA Voice-Netzes als Level-3-Support
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Implementierung, Realisierung und Optimierung der Sprachnetzarchitektur an Bord unserer Schiffe sowie an Land
  • Steuerung und Betrieb der Sprachsysteme: Call Center, Call Manager, Alarm-SMS, Zugangskontrolle, CCTV-Systeme und Kollaborations-Geräte
  • Gewährleistung der Sicherheit von Protokollen, Vertraulichkeit von Kommunikationssystemen und Software
  • Implementierung, Wartung, Patching und Upgrade von Voice Appliances und virtualisierten Umgebungen an Land und auf den Schiffen

Dein bisheriger Kurs
  • Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige IT Qualifikationen sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Voice, Routing, Netzwerk-Topologien, Call Manager und dem Betrieb von Sprachnetzen (idealerweise im CISCO- und NEC-Bereich)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office 365
  • Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
