Technical Project Leader Engineering (m/w/d) Automotive

IHRE ROLLE
Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht in der vollumfänglichen Projektverantwortung - als zentraler technischer Ansprechpartner nehmen sie die entscheidende Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem Kunden und den internen Fachabteilungen bzw. den internationalen Produktionsstandorten wahr.
In dieser sehr abwechslungsreichen und herausfordernden Tätigkeit leiten Sie eigenverantwortlich Kunden- und Technologieprojekte. Sie beraten Ihre Kunden umfassend, um die kundenspezifischen Anforderungen sowie funktionellen Erfordernisse an das jeweilige Modul optimal erfüllen zu können.
Während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit (von der Machtbarkeitsanalyse bzw. der Projektierung über die Bemusterung bis hin zum Start der Serienfertigung) stehen sie Ihren Kunden als technischer Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen und Informationen zur Verfügung.
Darüber hinaus zeichnet sich diese Position durch eine starke Verbindung zu den technischen Fachabteilungen aus. Auch diese Bereiche unterstützen Sie nachhaltig in allen technischen Angelegenheiten.
Im Einzelnen zeichnen Sie sich verantwortlich für:
- Planung, Koordination und Begleitung von Türsystemen über den kompletten LifeCycle
- Umfassende technische Verantwortung von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienproduktion
- Bewertung von Konzepten nach fertigungstechnischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten sowie Einbindung in Testreihen
- Präsentation von Konzepten bei Management und Kunden
- Technische Schnittstelle zu Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
- Erarbeitung strategischer Konzepte und übernehmen die Steuerung des Änderungsmanagementprozesses
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
Fachlich
Als zukünftiger Stelleninhaber verfügen Sie über ein abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium der Fachrichtungen Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder auch Kunststofftechnik bzw. einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
Darüber hinaus bringen Sie eine entsprechende Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Aufgabe für nationale und internationale Projekte, die Sie bevorzugt im Automotive-Umfeld gesammelt haben. Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse aus Entwicklung bzw. Konstruktion können Sie als Technical Project Manager Engineering sehr gut einbringen.
