What You'll Do:

As our Account Strategist, you will be managing a portfolio of top accounts among our media agencies. You will be joining a fast-paced environment and client retention together with account growth will be your main objectives to continue supporting our strategic plan. You will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters and Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

This position will be responsible for monitoring account performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement. You will collaborate with internal teams, including sales, analytics, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of our strategic agency partners to ensure we exceed their expectations.
  • Leading agency and client business reviews and communicate optimizations made along with the planned roadmap. Build strategies to upsell Criteo product offerings to each agency and their clients to help them achieve their goals.
  • Analyzing advertising campaign metrics and ensure client goals are consistently achieved (ROI, ROAS, Revenue…).
  • Internally escalating any issues or concerns discovered or raised by clients.
  • Partnering closely with the sales team to ensure that the on-boarding of new clients is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with our Agency Development Lead to identify new client opportunities within your portfolio of agencies.
  • Be a key player in helping Criteo build and execute our agency strategy.
Who You Are:
  • Fluent German / English spoken and written
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Direct industry experience with a Big6 Agency
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with persuasive verbal and written communication expertise
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals and contributing to team success
  • Good understanding of the digital advertising industry and competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to understand a complex technological environment
  • Strong organization, time management, project management skills
  • Details orientated
  • Able to work effectively across functions/teams
  • Good team player
