Sei ein Teil der agilen Transformation und unterstütze die Organisationsentwicklung in einer globalen R&D Abteilung des Bereichs Image Chain bei Philips.

Deine Aufgaben

· Umsetzen und kontrollieren von Kennzahlen in der Organisation (z.B. Key Performance Indicators, Umfragenauswertung, etc.)

· Unterstützung unserer Produktcluster mit Etablierung von Standards, Event-Management und Administration

· Entwicklung von ProduktivitätsmaÃnahmen in Form von âProductivity Hacksâ unter Beachtung von Entwicklungen in Richtung künstlicher Intelligenz

· Etablierung und Nachhalten von MaÃnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung

· Organisation von Trainings und Events, wie z.B. einem Hackathon

Der Job passt zu Dir, wenn

1. Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder ähnliche Qualifizierung

2. Strukturiert, interessiert an VerbesserungsmaÃnahmen bist, Interesse an Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management, gute Kenntnisse in Software Tools (Microsoft, Power BI, etc.) wünschenswert, kommunikativ und pragmatisch.

3. Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift in Deutsch und Englisch

4. Du bist mindestens ein Jahr verfügbar und kannst den GroÃteil Deiner Arbeit vor Ort verrichten
