**Your Tasks**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled working student to join our Transformation Office Team. As a working student, you will play a crucial role in driving the global R&D Transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Transformation Office team in the creation of key communication, change and upskilling initiatives.
- Support the team in the planning, development and delivery of communication, change & upskilling projects/initiatives
- Develop engaging and innovative materials for relevant projects/initiatives, tailored to meet the specific needs of R&D Staff
- Support in tracking the effectiveness of communication, change & upskilling projects/initiatives
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of relevant workshops/meetings
**Your Profile**:
- Enrolled in a full time University Degree in technical, business, communication, change management, education, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of change management process preferred but not required
- Previous experience with writing communications in a clear and concise manner (for example, blog articles/student newspapers) desirable
- Good understanding of the Microsoft365 suite of tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to present to large audiences (this could include running training sessions)
- Collaborative, team-orientated and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on commitments
- Accountability for the quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
