Full-time

MEININGER Hotels is looking for a new HR System Coordinator (f/m/d) who will manage and optimize HR system application and technology and proactively contribute to continuous improvement.

YOUR TASKS

You oversee the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HR systemsYou automate HR processes, develop improvements, and manage system updatesYou generate and analyze data reports, providing insights to HR and managementYou troubleshoot system issues, manage escalations, and provide technical supportYou ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data and systems while acting as a global liaison for HR systems and analyticsYou collaborate with HR, IT, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and project deliveryYou maintain and track contractual terms and coordinate in time processing of payments to vendorsYou ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data, optimize dashboards and data visualization tools, and develop custom reports based on collected data

YOUR PROFILE

You have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced, professional environment with strong understanding of HR processes and dataYou ideally have a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in HR, Information Systems or an administrative apprenticeship in the related fieldYou have experience working with HRM systems and tools and solid understanding of HR metricsYou have a strong data analysis skills and project management skillsYou have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer service, able to quickly establish credibility and build rapport and trustYou have strong organizational skills, problem solving skills and the ability to multitasksYou are able to maintain high level of confidentiality
You have a strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suiteYou are very fluent in English and any additional language is a plus
