Areas of responsibilities:

  • Management of Digital Marketing Communication Channels: Oversee all Digital content and marketing communication related to social media platforms, viral marketing campaigns, our social channels, such as Instagram, Tik Tok, website appearance, blog content, and community management efforts, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across channels. Develop ‘authentic’ content strategies and concepts that resonate with each platform’s audience / community, including handling Influencer relations, campaigns and community management.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Product Management: Liaise with sales and product management teams to develop campaigns, launches that contribute to increasing brand awareness and achieving sales objectives, ensuring alignment between marketing efforts and business goals delivering maximum impact generating into new markets.
  • Below-the-Line Marketing Communication: Define and deploy all national and international marketing communication activities, encompassing below-the-line (direct marketing, events, etc.) strategies. Ensure that these activities align with the overarching global strategy.
  • Advertising and Promotion Objectives: Set clear objectives for advertising and promotion campaigns, recommend suitable media channels, and allocate internal and external resources to ensure that campaigns are effective, cost-efficient, and targeted towards the intended audience.
  • Vendor and Agency Relationships: Select, develop, and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and other service providers, to ensure high-quality execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Leadership of PR & creative Team: Lead and direct the Global PR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to enable them to fulfill their roles effectively. For our internal (video & graphics) teams as well as collaborate with external parties.
  • Overseeing PR Programs and Activities: Oversee all PR programs, including participation in fairs and trade shows, development of promotional materials, media communication, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.

  • Media / digital partners

Your profile of qualification:

  • Degree level or MSc/MA in (Digital) marketing and communications or relevant fields.
  • Digitalization of publishing house experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in Communications and/ or Digital Marketing and/ or agency
  • 3-5 years previous employment in a related position.
  • Experience within consumer goods, or our industry would be preferred.
  • Agile mindset, accustomed to start up approach, sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to foresee social media trends, (underground) networks, to get ahead of the game.
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful digital and communication marketing campaigns
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • A demonstrated ability of effectively managing multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines are essential.
  • Native level English skills, additional languages would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in monitoring, analyzing, and communicating marketing results.
  • Expertise in crafting and supervising the implementation of PR strategies, including collaboration with external agencies or corporate PR resources.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to serve as a spokesperson for the brand when necessary.
  • Proven track record in planning and coordinating special global events and promotions to maximize publicity.
