Senior CloudOps Engineer (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und talentierten Senior CloudOps Engineer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Diese Person wird eine entscheidende Rolle in unserem Cloud-Operations-Team spielen und sich auf die Sicherstellung der Zuverlässigkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Leistung unserer Cloud-basierten Infrastruktur konzentrieren. Der Senior CloudOps Engineer (m/w/d) ist für die Bereitstellung, Verwaltung und Überwachung von Cloud-Diensten auf mehreren Plattformen verantwortlich, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf der Automatisierung von Abläufen und der Implementierung von Best Practices in der Cloud-Architektur liegt.

Die Position als Senior CloudOps Engineer (m/w/d) kann in Berlin oder Bensheim besetzt werden.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

  • Evaluierung neuer Technologien und Vorwegnahme von Branchentrends

  • Überprüfung, Beratung und Feedback zu Architekturen, die innerhalb und außerhalb des Teams erstellt wurden

  • Identifizierung und Definition von Cloud-Architekturlösungen, um die strategischen Anforderungen des Unternehmens effektiv zu erfüllen

  • Teilnahme an Design-, Entwicklungs- und Bereitstellungsprojekten im Google Cloud (GCP)-Cloud-Bereich unter Verwendung automatisierter Orchestrierungs- und Konfigurationsmanagementtechniken

  • Erfüllung von Security-Zielen und Wegbereitung für digitale Transformation und Modernisierung

  • Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung und Implementierung sicherer und konformer Unternehmensserver, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Boundary Protection und Cloud-Architekturen, einschließlich Kubernetes, Firewall, Routing, NAT, Terraform, LoadBalancer, Storages, DB, Monitoring usw.

  • Erstellung und Begutachtung detaillierter Design-Dokumentationen, einschließlich Sicherheitsdokumentation und Implementierung von Best Practices

  • Weitere Aufgaben nach Zuweisung

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Informatik oder verwandten Ingenieurdisziplinen oder mit einer IT-bezogenen Berufsausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) mit mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Branche

  • 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung als Cloud-/DevOps-/Systemingenieur mit fundierten Kenntnissen in GCP (bevorzugt), Azure oder AWS ; Cloud-Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil

  • Nachgewiesene DevOps-Expertise, einschließlich Automatisierung und CI/CD, mit umfassender Beteiligung an der Continuous Delivery Automation und der Integration von Cloud-nativen Diensten zur Schaffung voll funktionsfähiger, kohärenter Delivery-Pipelines. Ihre Fähigkeiten sollten Tools und Systeme wie CI/CD-Suiten, Konfigurationsmanagement-Tools sowie Build- und Pipeline-Tools umfassen

  • Erfahrung mit Skript- oder Programmierkonzepten, PowerShell, Bash, Terraform usw.

  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Tools für die Cloud zur Verfolgung der Ressourcennutzung, Identifizierung von Leistungsproblemen und Einrichtung von Warnmeldungen zur proaktiven Problemerkennung ist von Vorteil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Windows-Client/Server und Linux, Domain Controller, Kubernetes Engine, DNS, Firewall

  • Kenntnisse der Grundlagen des Cloud-Computing wie IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), PaaS (Platform as a Service) und SaaS (Software as a Service) sind unerlässlich.

  • Kenntnisse der Best Practices für die Cloud-Sicherheit sind von entscheidender Bedeutung. Dazu gehören die Sicherung von Cloud-Ressourcen, die Zugriffskontrolle und die Datenverschlüsselung

  • Erfahrung mit VMware und der Migration in die Cloud ist von Vorteil

  • Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Deutsch ist ein Plus
