Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Aufbau und Pflege von starken Kundenbeziehungen mit exzellentem Service und personalisierten Produktvorschlägen.
  • Demonstration von tiefgreifendem Wissen über unsere Beauty-Produkte und deren Eigenschaften, Vorteile sowie Anwendungsweise.
  • Pflege einer ansprechenden Ladenanzeige, mit gut bestückten Regalen und leicht zugänglichen Produktinformationen.
  • Teamarbeit zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Ladenziele, inklusive komplett von uns übernommener Teilnahme an Schulungen und Wissensaustausch über Produkte.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mit Kunden unterschiedlicher Herkunft in Verbindung zu treten.
  • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch (oder zumindest fließend in einer Sprache und Grundkenntnisse in der anderen), um mit unserem mehrsprachigen Team effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Bereitstellung herausragenden Kundenservices und das Erreichen oder Übertreffen von Verkaufszielen.
  • Starke Organisationskompetenz, inklusive Multitasking und effektiver Priorisierung.
  • Flexibilität bei der Arbeit zu variierenden Zeiten, auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen gemäß Flughafenbetrieb.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with excellent service and personalized product recommendations.
  • Show deep knowledge of our beauty products, including their features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Maintain an appealing store display with well-stocked shelves and easily accessible product information.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common store goals, including participation in training and product knowledge exchange fully provided by us.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and meet or exceed revenue targets.

What you bring to the table:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Fluent in English and German (or at least one fluent and one with basic knowledge) to effectively communicate with our multilingual team.
  • Flexibility to work at varying times, including weekends and holidays, according to airport operations.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and effective prioritization.
