Mission of Role 
The mission of the Head of Prestige for Germany is to lead the strategic direction and execution of our Prestige portfolio in the German market. This includes defining where and how our Prestige portfolio is executed, developing our customer service standards, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and driving revenue growth, all while delivering the highest quality of customer experiences. Ultimately, the mission is to elevate our Prestige portfolio presence in the luxury channel universe (e.g. 5*Hotels, Michelin Star Restaurants, high end Bars, B”B partners like Aston Martin and High Net Worth individuals) differentiate from competitors and deliver unparalleled value to luxury customers.

Role Responsibilities

As the head of prestige for Germany, your responsibilities typically involve leading and managing the prestige segment of the business, which often includes luxury or high-end products. 


Responsibilities:

•    Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth across the prestige portfolio.
•    Overseeing the selection of relevant channel and customers of the luxury segment (e.g. 5*Hotels, Michelin Star Restaurants, high end Bars, B”B partners like Aston Martin and High Net Worth individuals). 
•    Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the prestige segment, and using this information to inform business decisions. Continuously evolve, learn, and lead industry trends. Adopt internal and external best practices to enhance the overall strategy and execution.
•    Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, retailers, and industry influencers. Identify and prioritize high-value accounts, establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers.
•    Setting sales targets and strategies to achieve revenue goals within the prestige segment, monitoring performance, and adjusting as needed.
•    Developing and managing budgets for the prestige segment, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and ROI is maximized.
•    Leading and developing a team of professionals responsible for various aspects of the prestige sales business. Build and lead a team of Key Account Managers prestige across strategic cities, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement. Develop and mentor the team to deliver exceptional results and exceed targets.
•    Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of quality and integrity across all prestige products and activities.
•    Ensuring an exceptional customer experience for prestige customers, including personalized service, exclusive offerings, and memorable brand interactions. Elevate brand visibility by actively engaging in PR for partnerships and events in these high-visibility accounts.
•    Lead a cross-functional team who collaborate to meet the needs of our luxury customers. Also be responsible for engaging with the prestige customer community, driving brand advocacy and awareness.
•    Create a continuous learning environment by extracting key learnings and best practices and sharing with global key stakeholders

 

Overall, as the head of prestige, you play a critical role in driving the success and profitability of the luxury or high-end segment of the business, leveraging your expertise in understanding luxury brands, commercial execution, strategy and leadership. 
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required
•    5+ years of experience in a leadership role within alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on Prestige accounts. Significant experience in the luxury or high-end sector is essential. This could include roles in brand management, product development, sales, or marketing within prestigious brands or upscale segments of industries such as fashion, hospitality, automotive, or consumer goods.
•    Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally in a managerial or executive role, is crucial. This includes the ability to lead and inspire teams, set strategic direction, and drive results.
•    The ability to develop and execute strategic plans tailored to the prestige segment, including market positioning, product selection, pricing strategies, and brand management. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic plans for premium & prestige brands.
•    Deep understanding of the luxury market, including consumer behavior, trends, competitors, and distribution channels. This includes familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities within the prestige segment.
•    Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, retailers, media, influencers, and high-net-worth customers.
•    The capacity to apply creative thinking in the development of quality experiences across the prestige portfolio. 
•    Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, to ensure profitability and ROI within the prestige segment.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling brand story and engage with diverse audiences, from customers to executives. Excellent negotiation abilities.
•    A genuine passion for luxury and an understanding of the unique values, aesthetics, and aspirations that drive the prestige market. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
•    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required
