Interface between production and maintenance to coordinate maintenance schedules and clarify all production issues

Creation, coordination and optimisation of maintenance plans for the autoclaves

Coordinating and commissioning external companies and instructing and monitoring them

Selecting suppliers, obtaining quotations and checking invoices

Timely project planning and implementation of measures for sustainable troubleshooting

Project planning and execution of special maintenance measures

Acceptance and specification testing of new systems

Ensuring maintenance expertise in the procurement of new industrial systems

Commissioning, scheduling and monitoring expert inspections for systems subject to mandatory testing as well as internal maintenance measures and maintenance plans

Analysing the repairability of components in terms of cost and time

Maintaining spare parts lists and working closely with spare parts management

Processing, maintenance and further development of higher-level central maintenance processesRequirements

Successfully completed studies in engineering or mechanical engineering

Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering, production planning/control and/or jigs & tools

Detailed user knowledge of SAP

Business fluent in German and English

Existing work permit for the EUServices
