International Business and Management B. A. (duale Form) (m/w/d)
In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Berufskolleg Kleve des Kreises Kleve bietet die Fakultät Gesellschaft und Ökonomie der Hochschule Rhein-Waal erstmalig zum Ausbildungsstart bzw. Semesterstart im Wintersemester 2021/22 im Studiengang International Business and Management, B.A. ein Phasenmodell zum dualen Studium an. Über einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren werden neben den praktischen Fähigkeiten der betrieblichen Ausbildung auch theoretische Inhalte vermittelt.
Neben der Vermittlung von theoretischen Inhalten in den Bereichen BWL, VWL und Management haben die Studierenden die Möglichkeit, das Wissen in zahlreichen Projektarbeiten (auch in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ausbildungsbetrieb möglich) in der praktischen Anwendung unter Beweis zu stellen.
Im Studium werden neben den theoretischen Inhalten nicht nur Kernkompetenzen wie wissenschaftliches Arbeiten oder unternehmerisches Denken vermittelt, sondern auch Soft Skills gefördert, deren Bedeutung im Berufsleben zunehmend steigt. Durch alternative Prüfungsformen verbessern die Studierenden die Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und lernen Teamwork und Konfliktmanagement. Durch das internationale Umfeld an der Hochschule Rhein-Waal und der englischsprachigen Lehrveranstaltungen haben die Studierenden die Möglichkeit, eine umfangreiche Fremdsprachenkompetenz sowie eine Offenheit für andere Kulturen zu entwickeln.
Das Gocher Phasenmodell
Am Berufskolleg Kleve des Kreises Kleve, Schulstandort Goch, wird der Berufsschulunterricht der 2 ½ jährigen dualen Ausbildung in 1 ½ Jahren vermittelt und der Berufsschulabschluss erlangt. Ende Februar oder Anfang März des zweiten Ausbildungsjahres erfolgt die Zwischenprüfung vor der IHK. Im dritten Ausbildungsjahr wird die Berufsausbildung zum/zur Industriekaufmann/Industriekauffrau oder Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel/ Kauffrau im Groß- und Außenhandel - FR Großhandel mit der Abschlussprüfung (schriftlich Ende November, mündlich in der 2. Januarhälfte) vor der IHK abgeschlossen.Insgesamt drei Module (IB_01 Einführung in die BWL, IB_02 Einführung in die Rechtswissenschaften, IB_07 Einführung in das Rechnungswesen) werden durch den erfolgreichen Berufsschulabschluss im Studiengang International Business and Management, B.A. angerechnet. Das Studium wird mit der Bachelorarbeit, deren Themenfindung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Ausbildungsbetrieb stattfindet, und dem Kolloquium nach dem 8. Fachsemester abgeschlossen.
Zugangsvoraussetzungen
Für das duale Bachelorstudium benötigen Bewerbende neben den üblichen Zulassungsvoraussetzungen einen Ausbildungsvertrag in einem der zuvor genannten Berufe mit einer Ausbildungsdauer von 2 ½ Jahren. Als Grundpraktikum wird in der Regel die anstehende Ausbildung anerkannt. Die dualen Studienangebote an der Hochschule Rhein-Waal sind zulassungsfrei.-
