The Sales Representative (f/d/m) for Mammotome is responsible for managing and growing sales within an assigned territory. This position is part of the Germany Sales Team located in Central/West Germany and will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build relationships with existing customers and acquire new customers to achieve sales targets

  • Maintain and build effective relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the region

  • Organize and participate in local congresses, events and provide product training

  • Observe market and competitor’s activities to influence company sales strategies

  • Execute marketing and sales strategies to grow revenue

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or related field

  • Minimum of 2 years in overall medical device sales experience in the German market and basic knowledge of German health care system

  • Demonstrated hunter mentality and the ability to meet quotas and achieve sales targets

  • Good command of MS Office

  • Fluency in both German; conversational English

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Interventional Radiology experience

  • Understanding of the breast cancer diagnosis landscape
