Meine Kunde sucht einen erfahrenen Project Development Director (PDD) in Deutschland, der alle Projektentwicklungstätigkeiten leiten kann, einschlieÃlich Grundstücksakquisition und Genehmigungen. Idealerweise wird dieser Kandidat auch zumindest anfänglich in der Lage sein, das Engagement/Verhandlungen mit Industrial Power Users (IPU) in der Region zu leiten.

Als ranghöchster Mitarbeiter in der Region wird von dieser Person erwartet, ein Team von Fachleuten für Grundstücksakquisition/Genehmigungen, Vertrieb und Projektmanagement um sich herum aufzubauen.

Der PDD wird von Unternehmen Shares profitieren, die seine Gesamtvergütung mit dem Unternehmenserfolg in Einklang bringen.

Aufgabenbereiche:

Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit Grundstücks-Prüfungsmitarbeitern, dem Leiter für Grundstücksakquisition, Vertriebsfunktionen und dem CDO.

Geeignete Grundstücke unter Pacht sichern

  • Ein Team von Grundstücks-Prüfungsmitarbeitern leiten, um Grundstücke auszuwählen, die für die Entwicklung erneuerbarer Energien am besten geeignet sind.

  • Diese Grundstücke unter Pachtoption sichern, unter Nutzung von Branchen-, persönlichen und beruflichen Netzwerken, was zu einem bereiten Portfolio von umsetzbaren Chancen führt, die an das Vertriebsteam weitergegeben werden.

PPA-Verträge sichern

- Industriekunden einbinden, um langfristige PPA-Verträge für den Verkauf von Strom aus Projekten zu sichern. Obwohl ein Vertriebsteam eingestellt wird, um diese Funktion auszuführen, wird der PDD die Fähigkeit haben, dieses Engagement zu leiten, bis das Team vollständig aufgebaut ist.

Planungs- und Beschaffungsprozesse erleichtern

- Diese Funktionen werden letztendlich von Projektmanager-/Planungsprofis übernommen, aber der Direktor sollte ein tiefes Verständnis dafür haben, wie diese Prozesse funktionieren, damit er Führung und Mentoring an das Team bieten kann.

Erfahrung:

  • Grundstücksakquisition/Genehmigungsprozess in Deutschland (bevorzugt Solar)

  • Regulatorische, planerische und Genehmigungseinschränkungen/Betrachtungen für die Entwicklung erneuerbarer Energien in Deutschland

  • Genehmigungsprozess für Kabelrouten

  • Genehmigungsprozess für Netzanschlüsse

  • Deutsche mindestens C1
