Als Consultant Global Mobility (m/w/d) gehörst du zu einem erfahrenen Team. Gemeinsam beraten wir global tätige Unternehmen und ihre Mitarbeiter:innen im Zuge von internationalen Einsätzen.

  • Erste Ansprechperson: Wenn es um eine Frage zur Entsendung geht, wenden sich Personalabteilungen oder entsandte Mitarbeiter:innen unserer Mandanten und von Deloitte selber gerne an dich.
  • Entsendezyklus: Du unterstützt unsere Mandanten umfassend und koordinierst interne/externe am Prozess beteiligte Stakeholder (z. B. durch Kostenschätzungen und Entsendepolicies).
  • Globales Teamwork: Mit unseren internationalen Deloitte-Büros arbeitest du Hand in Hand, um unsere oder Dienstleistungen von Drittanbietern zu koordinieren.
  • Vielfalt: In diesem Rahmen organisierst du Services von der Steuerberatung über Immigration bis hin zu Sprachkursen und interkulturellen Trainings.
  • Advisory: Ob Strategien, Prozesse oder Service Delivery Models – du leistest einen wertvollen Impact im Kontext von internationalen Einsätzen der Mitarbeitenden.
Dein Skillset:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erste Erfahrungen oder Kenntnisse mit Praxisbezug in Individualsteuer, Sozialversicherungs-, Arbeits- und Aufenthaltsrecht inklusive EU-Meldepflichten wünschenswert
  • Kundenorientierung als Kernkompetenz, verbunden mit Spaß, in einem international tätigen, sich dynamisch wandelnden Umfeld systematisch zu arbeiten, gepaart mit Kreativität und Technologieverständnis
  • Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift sowie MS-Office Kenntnisse
