We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist who is eager to immerse themselves in the realm of global mobility with enthusiasm and expertise. What to anticipate

  • Collaborating on the planning, organization, and execution of international assignments with a colleague
  • Serving as a primary contact for employees, managers, and various stakeholders
  • Facilitating communication with Business Partners, Payroll, foreign HR departments, and works council

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for employee and management inquiries regarding international assignments
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Coordinating with external consultants on tax and relocation issues
  • Liaising with authorities and visa offices to ensure legal compliance
  • Staying informed about legal requirements and international compliance
  • Developing internal processes to enhance efficiency

Your qualifications

  • Relevant degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient English skills for effective global communication
  • Prior experience in Global Mobility and intercultural settings
  • Understanding of labor law, social security, tax law, and works council activities
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
  • Confident and proactive demeanor
  • Enjoyment of working with legal matters
  • Adaptability in a dynamic environment
