Genau, der Mikrochip - das Herzstück eines jeden elektronisch gesteuerten Systems. Rund 80 Prozent aller Mikrochips weltweit werden mit ZEISS Technologien gefertigt. ZEISS ist Technologieführer im Bereich Halbleiterfertigungs-Equipment. Mit hochpräzisen Lithographie-Optiken, Photomasken-Systemen und Lösungen für die Prozesskontrolle ermöglicht ZEISS die Herstellung von immer kleineren, leistungsfähigeren und energieeffizienteren Mikrochips - und prägt so mit seinen Innovationen das Zeitalter der Mikro- und Nanoelektronik entscheidend mit.
Arbeiten an den Lichtblicken der Zukunft
Als stark wachsendes Unternehmen etablieren sich in der Entwicklung für Halbleiteroptiken immer wieder neue Gruppen. In der Entwicklungsabteilung Cleaning Technology Optics suchen wir für die neu geschaffene Gruppe „Post Cleaning & Special Processes“ mit dem Fokus auf Technologien der Entschichtung und Sonderreinigungsprozessen nach einer Führungskraft, die zeitnah eine verantwortungsvolle Leitungsrolle übernehmen möchte.

Ihre Rolle

  • Sie führen ein junges, qualifiziertes und hochmotiviertes Team von ca. 10-15 Mitarbeitern/-innen fachlich und disziplinarisch
  • zusammen mit Ihrem Team entwickeln Sie Lösungen für Entschichtungs- und Korrekturprozesse von Lithografieoptiken sowie für Reinigungsprozesse von Sondermaschinen
  • Ihre Mission ist es, die kontinuierliche und strategische Weiterentwicklung sowie den weiteren Aufbau Ihres Teams voranzutreiben und dieses wirksam innerhalb der Organisation zu etablieren
  • zusammen mit Ihrem Team hochkompetenter Experten/-innen sind Sie wichtiger Enabler unserer Entwicklung und arbeiten eng mit Ihren Nachbarabteilungen sowie internen und externen Schnittstellen zusammen
  • für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung der zugewiesenen Entwicklungsaufgaben sind Sie für die Planung erforderlicher Ressourcen und Kompetenzen sowie deren Aufbau und Bereitstellung zuständig
  • Ihre Schnittstellen werden von Ihnen und Ihrem Team optimal betreut und Sie schaffen somit gemeinsam die Voraussetzungen für weiteres Wachstum
  • unternehmerische Entscheidungen und die strategischen Ausrichtungen der Organisation vermitteln Sie an Ihr Team und stellen deren Umsetzung sicher

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben ein überdurchschnittlich erfolgreiches naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Promotion
  • Sie verfügen über eine deutlich ausgeprägte und mehrjährige Führungskompetenz, nachgewiesen durch Erfahrung in der (lateralen) Führung und Steuerung von Teams und/oder Projekten
  • mit großem Engagement sowie Verantwortung schaffen Sie es Mitarbeitende zu motivieren, richtig einzusetzen, zielgerichtet zu unterstützen und dadurch die Gruppe zu einem leistungsstarken Team zu formen
  • Sie besitzen mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von komplexen Produkten sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern/Lieferanten
  • Sie können Themen vertreten und bringen einen hohen Grad an Kommunikationsstärke, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Kundenorientierung sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität mit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
