The Specialty Materials segment manufactures products that provide more than 150 material formulations for glass, glass ceramics and fluoride crystals to meet demand for unique customer needs. Consequently, this segment operates in a wide variety of commercial and industrial markets that include display optics and components, semiconductor optics components, aerospace and defense, astronomy, ophthalmic products, telecommunications components and cover glass that is optimized for portable display devices.

Service Techniker (m/w/d) – EMEA

In dieser Funktion erwartet Sie ein interessantes, anspruchsvolles und vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet. Sie sind verantwortlich für den technischen After-Sales-Support und hierfür weltweit bei unseren Kunden im Einsatz. Innovativ und verantwortungsvoll –

 

Ihre Aufgaben sind herausfordernd

• Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur von Laserbearbeitungsanlagen

• Analyse und Fehlerbehebung unserer Laserbearbeitungsanlagen in Zusammenarbeit mit den jeweiligen Fachabteilungen

• Kundenservice und Kundenschulungen

• Durchführung von regelmäßigen Wartungen Fachlich und persönlich –

 

Ihre Qualifikation ist überzeugend

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aus- oder Weiterbildung zum Mechatroniker (w/m/d), Elektroniker (w/m/d) oder Techniker (w/m/d). Gerne auch Ingenieur (w/m/d) oder Meister (w/m/d)

• Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau und/oder im Kundendienst

• Hohes Maß an serviceorientiertem Denken, Motivation und Eigeninitiative

• Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Reisebereitschaft

• Erste Erfahrungen SPS nach der Norm DIN EN 61131-3 und erste Erfahrung in der Anwendung von CNC / SPS-gesteuerten Maschinen wären wünschenswert

• Selbstständige, lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hohem Qualitätsverständnis und großer Sorgfalt

• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
