Intern Cx/ux Design

We, EOS - world market leader for 3D printing, are looking for you to support our Strategic Design team in Krailling or remote (in Germany).

In the Strategic Design team, you will have a great opportunity to use research practices and design thinking methodology to address some of the most complex problems across the business. You will also sit weekly with the Transformation Team, participating in shaping EOS's long-term transformation vision, evolving cultural mindset, products and services, as well as business structures and processes.

YOUR TASKS:

- You will work with a small, interdisciplinary team, helping to manage and deliver a wide range of experience design deliverables, including customer research outcomes, journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems.
- Conducting and documenting research on a broad range of topics to help us better understand our customers, our market, and our positioning.
- Review different pools of information, identify common characteristics and reorganize information to help us better categorize and communicate research insights.
- You help to create clear and concise reports and presentations to bring the results of our work to life and help colleagues learn from our findings.
- Organizing information, and helping the team manage work plans, updates and reports, as well as schedules for customer and stakeholder interviews.

WHAT YOU NEED:

- You are a student in Experience Design, Business Design or a similar field.
- You have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English as well as German (ideal, but not required).
- You are available for an internship for at least 5-6 months.
- Strong visual communication skills with tools like Figma, Miro and Powerpoint.
- Good awareness of UX Strategy methodology, confident in writing user-flows, creating wireframes, and designing concepts, as well as user-test creation, execution and synthesis skills to turn raw feedback data into actionable insights.
