- Global sales responsibility for the Cement industry
- Lateral leadership of sales and service colleagues in subsidiaries within matrix organization
- Management of global growth initiatives to replace competition
- Application and product training, consulting and support for sales teams, end-users and OEMs
- Product, service and innovation development (e.g. new business models, partnerships)
- Global travel to support local sales teams and visit customers (ca. 30-40% of time)
- Strong collaboration with Application Engineering, Tribology, R&D, Product Management and Marketing to bring superior solutions to market
- Completed engineering degree or commercial degree with strong technical background
- Minimum 8 years work experience in an international company, thereof at least 3 years in a global role
- Ideally experience in Sales, Marketing or Key Account Management in an international environment
- Experience in working in a matrix organization, ideally on local and global level
- Ability and willingness to learn a lot in short period of time
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Excellent business English skills (written and verbal), German skills preferred
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (ca. 30-40% of time)
- Entrepreneurial self-starter, willing to challenge the status quo
