Recording deviations from defined quality standards, initiating corrective measures
Evaluating technical complaints in accordance with drawings/construction documents and checking the status documentation as well as preparing the declaration of conformity
Enforcing the customer's quality requirements vis-à-vis the supplier in accordance with the inspection plan
