The AAA GmbH was founded in Hamburg in June 2008 as a 100% subsidiary of AAA Assistance Aéronautique & Aérospatiale SAS in Paris. Based on over 20 years of experience in the aeronautical business, we offer all subcontracted work-packages on aircraft or aircraft components performed by AAA teams in client's facilities in mechanical, structural and electrical activities.

**Quality Inspector (f/m/d) Aerospace**

**Main missions**:

- Carry out technical inspections of aircraft outstanding works and non-conformities (structure, mechanics and electric) in the production process according to authorization of manufacturer operation
- Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article, final inspections in compliance with design specifications, customers and certification requirements
- Document technical inspections performed in the production orders (SAP-based and the relevant SAL-based IT systems) by inspection marks and complete aircraft documents
- Edit and record non-conformity reports
- Compile all technical data of non-conformance in order to launch the SAP-based quality discrepancy sheets for the professional assessment in accordance with the manufacturing engineering documentation
- Document all results of the technical inspector in the SAP based IT system
- Communicate workflow and progression with customer teams

**Education and Experience**:

- Completed technical education and training as a technician or foreman (M/F/gn)
- Professional experience in aviation and quality assurance
- Fluency in English
- Good SAP, MS-Office knowledge, Google Sheet, eTools, QLB, Tandem
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Flexibility and team spirit
- Ability to work in early and late shifts with flexibility for weekends/nights
