Independently plan and implement NC manufacturing processes on time for maximum efficiency

Calculation of the workload for cooperation with external programming companies

Effective fault management for troubleshooting between data pool and NC processing machine

Introduction of new systems as key users with the involvement of the system house for smooth processes

Creation of precise cost estimates in the area of NC machining for transparent budgeting

Identification of potential for reducing product costs to improve profitability

Continuous optimisation of machining processes by adapting post-processors, tools, cutting data and clamping devices

Analysing error logs and supporting the implementation of solutions in the area of NC programmingRequirements

Completed training as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or engineer

Several years of professional experience in NC programming for comprehensive expertise

Experience in CATIA V5 programming

Mastery of other relevant software and tools to increase efficiency and productivity

Team-orientated approach with strong communication skills for effective collaborationServices
