Creation and simulation of NC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling centres with a modern CAM system
Definition and fine-tuning of manufacturing processes in close cooperation with design, development, production and surface technology
Continuous optimisation of existing programs and machining processes for maximum efficiency
Development of detailed production and clamping plans for the precise realisation of work processes
Active involvement in the introduction of new tools and machining strategies as well as competent training of employees
Support in the implementation of new software solutions for a modern working environment
Creation of precise calculations in the area of NC machining for transparent cost control
Continuous optimisation of machining processes for increased efficiency and product qualityRequirements
Completed training as a state-certified technician, master craftsman or engineer
Several years of professional experience in NC programming for comprehensive expertise
Experience in CATIA V5 programming
Mastery of other relevant software and tools to increase efficiency and productivity
Team-orientated approach with strong communication skills for effective collaborationServices
