Job Description

Ein Projektleiter (m/w/d) führt komplexe Kundenprojekte mit breitem technologischem Spektrum und signifikantem Einfluss auf unser Geschäftsergebnis. In dieser Rolle ist ein Projektleiter (m/w/d) verantwortlich für die erfolgreiche Abwicklung der Projekte, unter Einhaltung der OneOTR Arbeitsanweisungen und unter Sicherstellung einer langfristigen Kundenzufriedenheit. Eine Unterstützung erfolgt durch das Projektteam, u.a. Systems / Platform Engineering, Fertigung, Service, Einkauf, OTR Finance, Legal.

Tätigkeiten:

  • Kosten- und terminverantwortliche Projektleitung
  • Primärer Ansprechpartner für den Kunden
  • Führung des Schriftwechselns mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Klärung von Verträgen
  • Führung eines (Teil-)Projektteams in einer Matrixorganisation
  • Beauftragung und Verhandlung mit Unterlieferanten
  • Sicherstellung der finanziellen und operativen Performance des Projektes
  • Verantwortlich für die termingerechte Abwicklung des Projektes
  • Organisation von Inbetriebnahmen und Abnahmen
  • Risiko- und Claimmanagement (Forderungen, Claims, Vertragsänderungen, …)
  • Regelmäßiges Projektreporting

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Project Management, Engineering oder Business Administration
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektbearbeitung bzw. –leitung für die Lieferung von elektrischen Ausrüstungen z.B. Antriebstechnik oder Automatisierungstechnik
  • Fähigkeit zur logischen und analytischen Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes Kosten-, Qualitäts- und Terminbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte, analytische und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick
  • PC-Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office inkl. MS Project sowie SAP, PLM und Primavera Kenntnisse wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, eine weitere Fremdsprache ist wünschenswert
  • Mobilität und Flexibilität hinsichtlich gelegentlichen Auslandsaufenthalten und Dienstreisen
