Aufgaben

We are looking for a talented Game Developer with a great understanding of the (hybrid-)casual mobile game market to help the team to deliver fun, innovative and entertaining social games. You will take an innovative approach to gameplay ideas/features and give them their own spin.

  • Create innovative hit games
  • Write robust code to be used by millions of users
  • Ability to deconstruct, analyze and adapt mobile games mechanics
  • Support and contribute new ideas to game features

We are seeking a foundational member to spearhead this new chapter. This role isn’t just about joining a team; it’s about creating one. You will be the cornerstone of a fresh team dedicated to redefining casual gaming, turning innovative concepts into reality. Your work will involve nurturing Pengu’s growth while simultaneously laying the groundwork for a range of new gaming experiences that captivate a global audience.

Qualifikation
  • 6+ Years of Experience: Professional experience on Unity or other game engines
  • Mobile Gaming expertise: Strong sense of gameplay experience and special attention to details
  • First Principle Thinking: Ability to dissect complex problems and devise innovative solutions.
  • Urgency & Commitment: A high drive for results, managing tight deadlines effectively.
  • Scalability Focus: Experience in developing and scaling systems for massive user bases.
