Senior Manager M&A Tax (m/w/d)

Das Corporate Center ist Sitz des Bertelsmann-Vorstandes. Es koordiniert alle unternehmerischen Aktivitäten des Konzerns und übernimmt zahlreiche Konzernfunktionen wie die Festlegung und Weiterentwicklung der Konzernstrategie, die Kapitalallokation, die Finanzierung und die Managemententwicklung sowie weitere zentrale Aufgaben unter anderem in den Bereichen Recht, Personal, Kommunikation und Informationstechnologie.
Die zentrale Steuerabteilung der Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA unterstützt und berät die Konzernfirmen in steuerstrategischen Fragen. Zu den wesentlichen Aufgaben gehört die Betreuung unserer Konzerngesellschaften hinsichtlich der sich weltweit ergebenden steuerlichen Pflichten.
Das erwartet dich

Steuerliche Begleitung von nationalen und internationalen M&A- Projekten
-
Durchführung von Tax Due Diligence-Prüfungen und Koordination von externen Berater:innen und internen Fachteams
- Erarbeitung der steuerlichen Transaktionsstruktur
- Beratung zum Aufsetzen sowie Prüfung der Transaktionsverträge
- Erarbeitung der steuerlichen Auswirkungen von Transaktionen für Investitions- und Entscheidungsgremien
- Mitwirkung an der Post-Deal-Integration
Das bringst du mit
- Masterstudium der BWL mit Schwerpunkt Steuerrecht oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Fundierte Kenntnisse und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tax M&A, bevorzugt im Konzernumfeld, in der Steuerberatung oder Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Steuerberaterexamen / Fachberatertitel oder hohes Interesse, das Examen abzulegen
- Hohe Teamorientierung und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, idealerweise Kenntnisse einer weiteren Sprache
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
