Our High-Jewelry & Bridal Product Manager (m/f/d) helps developing the categories over the Germany & Austria. He/she is the main operational contact point between the regional international marketing team, the local counterparts teams (Communication, Supply-chain and distribution, Retail, Client experience) and boutiques. Thanks to his/her perfect understanding of the local specificities he/she is a local guide for the region and a front line actor to put boutiques in the best conditions to perform.

 

What are we expecting from you?

 

  • Put markets in the best condition to perform & spread HJ culture within the local teams
  • Provide support on stock availability requests, develop specific tools for the CPs and coordinate stock allocations
  • Be accountable for all product-related topics for launches & events
  • Adapt product trainings materials and liaise with the local trainer to upskill boutiques on High End offer
  • Adapt HQ and regional tools to accompany the launches & animations: collection presentations, stocklists, product sheets, pictures, price lists
  • Coordinate the valorisation of the High-Jewelry stock by defining local rotation needs to secure a good level of stock and foster sales
  • Follow-up the operational implementation of action plans (activations, VM, pieces selection for CRM etc) with other local counterparts and boutiques
  • Performances monitoring and contribution to the product strategy definition
  • Perform competitive analysis to nourish the strategic thinking and to raise business knowledge on the category
  • Be involved in transversal topics via providing BTQ openings 360 support

  • Acts to guarantee that work is realized on time and at expected quality
  • Coordinates with other colleagues and ensures their participation to achieve Maison’s targets
  • Evaluates issues and opportunities from different perspectives

 

 

Additional:

  • 3Y + of professional experience in luxury retail industry & product operations
  • Good interpersonal skills with collaborative mindset & outgoing personality
  • Advanced level of German & English, French is a plus
