Hast du dich schon mal gefragt, warum wir leere Mehrweg-Getränkeflaschen zum Pfandautomaten zur Wiederverwendung bringen, aber andere Verpackungen nicht? Wir ja, und deshalb betreiben wir bereits seit 2021 zerooo, das Mehrwegsystem für Kosmetik & Drogerie.

Unsere eigene Marke, die Mehrweg-Pionierin „SEA ME“, ermöglichte es uns mit unseren Handelspartnern „zerooo“ zu launchen, um durch Mehrweg die Circular Economy im Verpackungssektor der Beauty-Branche zu realisieren. Aktuell arbeiten wir mit vier nationalen Handelspartnern und mehr als 10 Marken an der nächsten Ausbaustufe des Systems, die in H2 2024 launchen wird.

Als unser Director Finance wächst Du mit dem zerooo Mehrwegsystem, zunächst im deutschsprachigen Raum, und unterstützt das bestehende Team von ca. 10 FTEs in unserem Office in Hamburg dabei, zerooo als Lösung für das Einweg-Verpackungsproblem der Beauty-Branche immer relevanter werden zu lassen.

Zentrale Verantwortlichkeiten:

1. Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Finanzthemen der Geschäftsmodelle von SEA ME und zerooo

2. Mitglied im Management Team der SEA ME GmbH und Mitarbeit an der ganzheitlichen Ausrichtung des Unternehmens

3. Schnittstelle zu finanzwirtschaftlichen Stakeholdern wie Investoren, Banken, Crowd-Plattformen, Steuerberatung, Buchhaltung

1. Weiterentwicklung des kommerziellen Modells für zerooo

2. Aufbau der operativen Accounting- & Controlling-Prozesse für die zerooo-Kunden und Handelspartner

3. Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchsteuern von weiteren Finanzierungsrunden

u fgabenschwerpunkte:

1. Weiterentwicklung des kommerziellen Modells für die Verrechnung der Pfand-Systematik bei zerooo sowie der finanzwirtschaftlichen Modellierung

  • Mitarbeit bei der Schärfung des Geschäftsmodells für zerooo
  • Weiterentwicklung der Verrechnungs- und Buchhaltungsprozesse gemeinsam mit dem

Handel (Drogerie sowie LEH)

2. Gesamt-IT Verantwortung (fachlich & budgetär), insbesondere für ERP-Lösung

  • Aufbau der operativen Accounting- & Controlling-Prozesse für die zerooo-Kunden und Handelspartner unter Nutzung der bestehenden (Circular-) ERP-Lösung
  • Begleitung der Lernphase für die ERP/Circular ERP-Lösungen

3. Verantwortung für alle operativen finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozesse für SEA ME und zerooo: Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Budgetplanung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsplanung, Treasury, u.a.

  • Führen des Reporting-Kalenders und Erstellen der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen finanzwirtschaftlichen Reports für die relevanten Stakeholder
  • Schnittstelle zur externen Buchhaltung von SEA ME: Führen einer Mitarbeiterin (vorbereitende Buchhaltung) und Ansprechpartner bei Rückfragen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung Monthly Controlling Meeting bei SEA ME
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse 2025ff durch Lieferung der relevanten Daten an die externe Steuerkanzlei

4. Planung, Vorbereitung und Durchsteuern von weiteren Finanzierungsrunden: Screening und Adressierung von potenziellen Investoren, Vorbereitung von Data Room, Begleitung der Due Diligence, Begleitung der Gespräche und Verhandlungen, Begleitung der Vertragsgestaltung

5. Bewertung von Förderprogrammen und Begleitung der Förderanträge

Erfahrungen:

1. Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre bzw. relevante Ausbildung im Schwerpunkt Finance

2. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Finanzbereich

3. Beherrschung der operativen finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozesse: Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, Budgetplanung, Forecasting, Liquiditätsplanung, Treasury

4. Nachgewiesene Erfahrung bei der Begleitung von Finanzierungsrunden (EK und FK)

5. Kenntnisse der finanzwirtschaftlichen Modellierungsmethoden

6. Verständnis für Handelsstrukturen in Drogerie und im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel in Deutschland

7. Wünschenswert: Start-up-Erfahrung

8. Wünschenswert: Projekt- bzw. Berufserfahrung in der Konsumgüterbranche

9. Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Selbstmotivation

10. Begeisterung für nachhaltige Geschäftsmodelle
