For our division IT ,at our location in Köln we are looking for a

Take ownership of the overall IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Ensure transparent tracking and reporting of progress for IT projects
Coordinate management committees by preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and assisting in the creation of management documents
Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate regular monitoring and reporting of project progress
Drive the continuous improvement and enhancement of project and project portfolio management processes
Proven experience in IT project management and portfolio management
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and practices
Knowledgeable in project management methods like Prince 2, Agile, ITIL, or Lean
Certifications in project management (e.g., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira and Confluence
Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
