- Coordinating and steering the risk manager community in order to jointly raise the maturity level of risk management within the ALDI SOUTH Group
- Promoting a proactive and open risk culture through training and guidance
- Continuously identifying and assessing risks in collaboration with various stakeholders across the company
- Developing concepts and strategies as well as ensuring their proper implementation to mitigate new risks
What you should have.
- Degree in information technology, computer science, economics or a related field
- Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance roles within an internal or external management consulting service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including discretion and a high level of confidentiality
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a structured work approach
- Experience in management consulting
- A proactive, thorough, and independent work ethic, with the ability to function well as part of an international team
- Fluency in English is mandatory
